These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Efficient Building Automation Corp. (“EBAC”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), which operates the Circon® brand and this website. By using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

About this website

This website is provided for general information and marketing purposes about EBAC and its Circon building-automation products. It is not a store, and it does not host public user accounts or user-generated content. Aside from our gated downloads portal (described below), the only information you submit to us through this website is via our contact form. Both are covered by our Privacy Policy.

Downloads and restricted areas

Certain areas of our online services — including our downloads portal (downloads.circon.com) — are restricted to authorized users and require you to verify your email address to gain access.
